By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
General TermsI will not tolerate any hate-speech including, but not limited to, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and racism.Disrespect or poor behavior will automatically result in me declining your commission. It costs nothing to be kind.Have references ready and provide them upon inquiring.For shaded pieces, unless requested otherwise, chibis are shaded using a "cell" style, and regular art will be with a "soft" style as shown in the examples.I withhold the right to decline any commission for any reason.This is for a digital product. You will not be receiving anything physical.Under no circumstances may any pieces of my work, including any paid commissions I complete, be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions of the space. My art, even paid for, may never be put into or used for AI.

ProcessWorks in progress (WIPs) are provided upon completion of the sketch and once more after giving a piece flat colours for regular commissioned pieces. Changes may be requested at those times. For outfit designs, you will also receive WIPs with colour tests in order to get the palette you want for the outfit.Extra detailed characters or outfits may result in an extra fee. This would be discussed before the invoice is sent.Commissions are usually finished within a few months, though if life gets in the way, you will be updated. I will keep you updated frequently on any progress and ensure you are aware of the extra wait time.After a commission is finished, I will not make anymore changes unless there was an obvious mistake on my end or financial compensation is provided.I do my best to ensure the people I work with are happy with the final product. This involves communication and respect from both sides.
Copyright/Usage PolicyI, the artist, retain the rights to the drawing. Generally this means I am free to post the artwork where I would like to and use it as examples for future commissions.The commissions you receive are for personal use, meaning you may not profit off of them in any way unless we discussed it and came to a mutual agreement. You also may not take credit for the artwork or remove my signatures unless otherwise discussed. Examples where this would be allowed would be for twitch-related commissions and the like. You may also use the art for your icon on a website.You, as the commissioner, retain the right to your character.
